Morgan Park Place - Commercial

Located in Germantown, Morgan Park Place became the first residential complex to be EarthCraft certified in Tennessee. This type of certification recognizes environmental and sustainable building practices. Over 20 yards of aged compost was used in the landscaping process which helped to eliminate the need for synthetic fertilizers. Our eco-friendly biological sprays were also used to restore the porosity of the soil and encourage the vigor of installed plant material. The property features a 1200 sq foot rain garden to allow excess runoff to percolate into the watertable below.
